Dominguez
International HR Director  ·  Chartered FCIPD

I build people functions that work the same way in every country a business operates in.

Twenty years of HR leadership across Europe, Central Asia and Latin America — from a 500-person regional build-out to a 1,000-person Latin American mandate to a scale-up that needed a management team in ninety days.

What I am brought in to do

Six problems I have solved more than once

Most of my work starts the same way: a business is growing, integrating or entering markets faster than its people function can follow. These are the mandates I take.

Leadership

Interim & fractional HR leadership

Stepping in as Head of HR or Chief People Officer while a business scales, integrates or replaces its people leader — with a handover plan from day one.

Build-out

Multi-country HR build-out

Standing up HR business partnering, centres of excellence and country-level processes in markets where the company has no framework yet — including hiring through an employer of record where there is no entity.

Reward

Total rewards under volatility

Grading, sales incentives, salary review and benefits designed to hold their value through devaluation and inflation — built for Venezuela, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and Eurasia.

Talent

Talent & leadership development

Talent reviews, individual development plans and executive team work — from C-suite dysfunction analysis to development programmes covering a thousand blue-collar employees.

Data & systems

People analytics & HR systems

HR analytics that inform organisational decisions rather than decorate a deck, plus HRIS migration, systems consolidation and process automation.

Transactions

M&A people integration & mobility

Holding engagement and employee relations steady through acquisitions, and rebuilding the global mobility function across a region.

Coverage

Thirty markets, three regions, one standard

Multi-country HR is not one policy repeated thirty times. It is thirty legal, tax and cultural realities held to a single corporate standard. This is where I have done it.
